Mrs. Dunn was interested in buying a mobile home and was visiting a local dealer. A salesman set up a step stool for Mrs. Dunn to enter a model mobile home.  As she stepped on the stool, she fell and severely broke her leg, which required multiple surgeries.

We alleged that the use of a stepstool was in violation of state law and that actual stairs are required for public safety.  This case settled after 2 days of trial for $537,500.
